Cancellation Policy

Order once placed shall not be cancelled. OVOT Private Limited (Amstrad) will not accept any cancellations against orders paid for using online mode of payment (credit/debit card and net banking).

OVOT Private Limited reserves the right to accept or cancel orders for any reason. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by OVOT Private Limited and accept OVOT Private Limited decision regarding the cancellation.

OVOT Private Limited also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:

  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  • Any other reasons beyond reasonable control of OVOT Private Limited.
  • Availability of material.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back in your Credit Card Account.
