Please follow the process to Raise a Service Request

1. Visit app.amstradworld.com
2. Signup in App with Name, Registered Mobile Number and Address and Create Password to Login.
3. Go to your Amstrad Product List and Raise a Service Request.
4. Customer can track the status of the Service Request via the App.
